What this policy covers

FLOWBRIDGE SOLUTIONS LLP operates the Sudoku app for Android and iOS. This policy explains what that app stores on your device, what we receive for world rankings, and what third parties may receive when we show ads or process a purchase. It does not cover the company website at flowbridge.co.in.

Information stored on your device

Sudoku is an offline puzzle game. Puzzles are generated on the device. There is no user account and no sign-up.

Progress and stats stay on the device in local storage: the current puzzle, win counts, best times, daily-puzzle dates, a “show mistakes” setting, whether ads were removed, and the time of the last full-screen ad.

Deleting the app deletes that local data. We do not keep a copy of that local data on our servers.

World rankings

The app can show a world ranking based on how fast players finish puzzles. You do not create an account or sign in to use this feature.

We assign an anonymous identifier to your device. We use it only to group your ranking results and to avoid counting the same device many times. It is not your name, email, or phone number, and we do not ask for those to show rankings.

When a completed puzzle counts toward rankings, the app sends that anonymous device identifier and your completion time to our servers so we can calculate and display world rankings. We use this for ranking only. We do not sell personal information.

Advertising

Ads are provided by Google AdMob: a full-screen ad after some finished games, and an optional rewarded ad.

On iOS we may ask for permission to use the device identifier for more relevant ads (App Tracking Transparency). The puzzle works the same if you decline.

In regions where Google requires it, we show Google’s consent form before requesting ads (UMP / GDPR-style consent).

Google may collect advertising identifiers, IP address, and device data under its own policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

We do not sell personal information.

Purchases

“Remove Ads” is a one-time non-consumable purchase processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive card numbers. The store processes payment. We only store a local flag that ads were removed.

Children’s privacy

The app is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We will update the “Last updated” date when this policy changes.
